Kenny Janosko Honored

Former NERC scholarship recipient (and Winner of the 2012 Autumn Leaves Race) earns Capital One Academic All American First Team Honors

Group Runs

Weekly Weekend Runs:
Saturday, 7:30 a.m. - Concord Group Run. Meet at Gristmill Plaza, 7596 Fredle Drive, Concord Twp., Ohio
Base miles is typically 10 miles (shorter/longer options available) Paces are anywhere from 7-11 minute miles

Sunday, 6:30 a.m. @ North Chagrin. Meet at Strawberry Lane Parking lot. Contact Joe Trask at jotrsk@aol.com

Weekly Weekday Run:
Monday, 6:00 P.M. at Chagrin River Park. Meet at the Reeves Road parking lot across from the restrooms. All abilities are welcome. There will always be a 10-12 min/mile pacer present. The park’s relatively flat and wide trails are a combination of hard packed dirt and crushed limestone. The simple loops make it easy to do increments of 1,3 and 5 miles in a beautiful setting of trees, fields and the Chagrin River. All of these loops pass the parking lot, so you can come join the group and run any distance you like.
